REM to be Featured on Discovery Channel's Shades of Green

BRENHAM, Texas April 28, 2009 -On Tuesday May 5, REM will be showcased on the Discovery Channel program Shades of Green. The show will air at 7:00 AM in all U.S. time zones. This segment will center on the wind industry and REM's unique contributions to this market. The focus will be on how REM's ISF® Process has helped reduce wind turbine gear box failures thus making wind a more viable source of alternative energy. Also, the segment will feature REM's wind refurbishment program that turns otherwise scrap components into better than new parts.
REM's President Mark Michaud states, "The United States is aggressively moving towards energy independence through the installation of wind turbines.
