Extreme ISF Process Cell

REM Surface Engineering has developed the world’s first Extreme ISF® Process Cell for use on small to medium sized Metal FDM, L-PBF, and Binder Jet Components.  This post-process surface finishing cell has been designed to take advantage of REM’s chemically accelerated process technology in order to maximize cost efficiency while minimizing cycle time.  The Extreme ISF® Process Cell will be the first of multiple versions to be released over the next 18-24 months, with a goal of providing customers with a range of equipment options to fit the variety of component shapes, sizes, and alloys that are most prevalent in metal AM and require the superior surface finish and dynamic fatigue benefits generated by our technology.
