Southington, CT — REM Surface Engineering is honored to recognize Lori Bailey, Operations Fellow and Facility Manager of the Southington, CT location, on the occasion of her 40th work anniversary. Lori’s career at REM has been marked by exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Over the past four decades, Lori has played an integral role in the daily operations and long-term success of REM’s Connecticut facility. Her deep knowledge in chemical manufacturing, manufacturing scheduling, logistics, environmental health and safety (EH&S), and purchasing has helped shape the operational backbone of the company.
