Brenham, Texas – In December, after a yearlong process of design and construction, REM Surface Engineering/REM Research Group completed a large-scale expansion to their Brenham, Texas facility. Originally constructed in 1994, the company previously executed a renovation and expansion to its offices in 2017 to house its growing Research and Development team.
This new expansion to the facility nearly doubles the company’s warehouse/processing space, adding over 7000 square feet to REM’s existing structure. The new square footage will allow the company to serve its growing customer base in Additively Manufactured (3-D Printed) Metals, particularly focused on large-scale rocket propulsion components for commercial space launch customers, as well as NASA’s Artemis Missions to the moon and Mars.
