One of the biggest challenges in Metal Additive Manufacturing (AM), specifically Powder Bed Fusion, is removing residual powder trapped inside complex internal channels. Standard cleaning methods, such as ultrasound or air blasting, often fail to reach deep inside intricate designs like heat exchangers.
