Equipment Engineer

Brisco Humes is an Equipment Engineer for the REM Research Group working largely to design and assemble control panels that will help to automate our processes. He holds a Manual Machinist Level I certificate from Blinn College’s Technical Education program where he initially learned the importance of thoughtful and efficient designs while also being detail-oriented. Brisco enjoys the engineering and design that goes into our equipment builds as well as the hands-on constructing and wiring of the control panels that accompany our equipment. He finds new and diverse technology very intriguing and looks for new ways to implement them into our builds to make processes safer and more efficient.
